Medical Verification
Our medical verification team is led by an in-house licensed PA-C. We verify the qualifying medical event directly: provider outreach, treatment date confirmation, diagnosis confirmation, and where the tort requires it, initial medical record retrieval.
Retainer & HIPAA Execution
Once a claimant passes medical verification, the retainer agreement and HIPAA medical release are presented for execution. Both are captured with compliant e-signature, full audit trail, and IP/timestamp logging.
